When we began planning the wedding we knew that ultimately the only things that you have to keep after the day are the memories and the photos that help recall these. We first met mark at the Oran Mor wedding fair, and we looked no further. His enthusiasm instantly captured us. We next met at the complimentary couples shoot in which he got to know us and what we like and we got to get comfortable around him too. On the wedding day Mark was able to engage every single guest and bring out smiles which in turn have resulted in amazing photos. We could not recommend Mark highly enough and a number of guests at our wedding expressed they too would like to book him for their weddings in the future. From day one Mark was a brilliant, professional all round great guy. I clicked immediately with him at the wedding show at Oran Mor where he had a stall. From there we had a fabulous couple shoot within 2 weeks and myself and David both felt relaxed and enjoyed our time with Mark. He gave us great shots that were imaginative as well as well-structured imagery. As Architect’s we wanted to be photographed with a city back drop. David and I met, fell in love and live in Glasgow so it only felt right for Glasgow to be the third person in our shoots.

On our wedding day mark captured St Andrews, Cathedral on Clyde Street beautifully. My favourite photographs are the ones that are taken candidly within and out with the church of ourselves and our guests. From there we headed to the Trades Hall on Glassford Street for our reception and again Mark photographed us and our families fantastically considering the rain had started. He worked well with the shadows cast and gave us some lovely interior photographs to cherish.

As it rained on our day we did not manage to get a couples shoot on the day outside. Instead we waited for better weather and headed out on the day of the Royal Wedding to get some intimate photos in a city shoot. With Mark we travelled to three different locations within Glasgow and he took some fantastic shots within the city streets that we both really love.

We had a memorable experience with Mark on all 3 occasions and we would indefinitely book him again for further family photos we will require across the years.
